Why should I host with you?
We don't just host your website, we take care of it. -
Can you handle transferring in my current website?
Yes, with any hosting or support contract we will take care of transferring your website over to our hosting. -
Is there a minimum hosting contract term?
There is a minimum 1 year commitment for hosting. Renewed on an annual basis.
You will enjoy a discount for continuing to host with us year on year. -
Do you only host WordPress websites?
We are WordPress specialists, however we have experience with all popular PHP based CMS systems. We also also support bespoke platforms. -
Do you host or supply email services?
Unfortunately we don't provide email services. We only provide website hosting and recommend to our clients that their email is best managed via another service like Google Workspace or Office365. We can support you with getting this setup though. -
Can I access my website and files on your hosting
Yes of course. You will be given access to Plesk which allows you full access to your site files, database etc.

Is there a minimum contract term for support?
No, there is no minimum term, you can cancel anytime, with just a months notice -
Will you bill me by the hour?
No, you pay for the time you use. -
If I submit a support request, how long will it take to get a reply?
All our support contracts have a same day response SLA during the week between 9 & 5 from a professional developer
For urgent issues (such as a website down), these will be dealt with asap, typically within hours. -
What does your support service generally include?
Just about anything you need, from advice through to custom development including but not limited to:- CMS Training

What's included in the service
WordPress Updates
WordPress Core wil be automatically updated to the latest versions, security patches and language updates.
PHP Versions
All websites are run on the latest stable version of PHP. All new versions will be tested fully on your website and upgraded as part of your support.
Plugin updates
All WordPress plugins will be set to automatically udpate unless this is not possible due to license restrictions or compatability problems. This is neccessary to keep your website secure.
Malware scans and file monitoring.
All my sites are tested for malware daily by an automated system and should any suspicious activity be detected it will be immeditaly reviewed and action taken where neccessary.
Uptime and SLA
All my sites are monitored to ensure they are always available. If there are any issues with the site, server or software I will investigate and resolve where appropriate.
Security & Backups
All my websites are backed up in full every 3 days to a disk image which can be fully resotred at any time. Additionally, all databases are backed up daily to ensure any errors or even user mistakes can be resolved quickly.
